I know this is nothing new when it comes to children’s antics, but I just think it’s the most adorable thing in the world when my girls are changing clothes and decide to run around with their shirts on their heads chanting, “Silly hat! Silly hat!” I rarely get the chance to snap a picture. I just happened to have the camera nearby when Phaedra donned her silly hat tonight, so I couldn’t resist.
Eleanor didn’t have a silly hat tonight. She was pretending Mary Poppins was here. She told me she snapped her fingers and her clothes came off. Then she snapped her fingers again, and her jammies went on all by themselves. And she snapped her fingers again, and her clothes went into the laundry.
I hope Mary Poppins comes around more often.
Does Mary Poppins do moving? B/c I could use her services if she does!
ReplyDelete"silly hat" is super cute, I am glad you got to grab a picture of it!
We call shirt on the head "hair"---my girls can often be heard saying "Look I have purple hair!" But yes it is very cute!
