Eleanor had her very first egg salad sandwich today. Since the main sources of flavor are mayo and mustard, she was bound to like it. Usually, when I make her any other kind of sandwich, she takes out the meat and just eats the bread with mayo and mustard on it. So, needless to say, she liked it. She got pretty messy! The other stuff on her tray that you see is pears (It might be hard to tell). She has always really liked pears.
Eleanor has great taste! What's not to like in an egg salad sandwich :) Cutest pictures too!
